Calian TW170 Coaxial GNSS RF Surge Protectors

Calian TW170 Coaxial GNSS RF Surge Protectors are professional-grade coaxial GNSS full-band surge protectors or lightning arrestors. These GNSS RF surge protectors interface a GNSS antenna with the corresponding receiver while protecting the receiver from high-voltage strikes. The Calian TW170 supports GPS/QZSS-L1/L2/L5, QZSS-L6, GLONASS-G1/G2/G3, BeiDou-B1/B2/B2a/B3, Galileo-E1/E5a/E5b/E6, NavIC-L5, and L-Band correction services. The TW170 features a highly tuned design based on a gas discharge tube (GDT), enabling the surge protector to handle surge currents of up to 20kA. This design feature effectively isolates the receiver from damaging electrical currents resulting from lightning strikes or static discharge on the GNSS antenna.
