Diodes Incorporated D3V3x4U10LP TVS Diode Arrays are four-channel, low capacitance TVS Diode Arrays with high performance and high ESD surge capability. These arrays are compliant with IEC61000-4-2 and IEC61000-4-5 and assembled in U-DFN2510-10 packages. Diodes D3V3x4U10LP arrays offer a low ESD clamping voltage and ultra-low capacitance. These arrays offer a clamping voltage of 5V or 6V and operate within the temperature range of -55°C to +150°C.
