Diode Incorporated DMP32D P-Channel MOSFET is designed to minimize the on-state resistance RDS(ON) and maintain superior switching performance. This MOSFET operates at a temperature range from -55ºC to 150ºC. The DMP32D P-Channel MOSFET incorporates SMD/SMT mounting style and comes with reel packaging. This DMP32D MOSFET is ideal for high-efficiency power management applications.
