Diodes Incorporated AP61204Q Synchronous Buck Converter

Diodes Incorporated AP61204Q Synchronous Buck Converter is an AEC-Q100-qualified, 2A device. This buck converter operates with a wide input voltage range of 2.4V to 5.5V. The AP61204Q converter fully integrates a 70mΩ high-side power MOSFET and a 50mΩ low-side power MOSFET to provide high-efficiency step-down DC-DC conversion. This buck converter operates up to 84% efficiency at 5mA light load. The AP61204Q converter is lead-free and fully RoHS compliant. This synchronous converter is ideal for automotive power systems, automotive infotainment, automotive instrument clusters, automotive telematics, and advanced driver assistance systems.
