Diodes Incorporated PS4157N Negative Voltage SPDT Switch
Diodes Incorporated PS4157N Negative Voltage SPDT Switch passes analog and digital negative voltages that may vary across the entire power supply range (from VEE to GND). The PS4157N bidirectional, single-channel, single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch is designed for 5G NR AAU applications. The PS4157N is available ina a 6-lead SC70 package.
