Diodes Incorporated PNP Low Saturation Transistors

Diodes Incorporated PNP Low Saturation Transistors are AEC-Q100/101/200 qualified transistors. These Diodes Incorporated low saturation transistors are PPAP capable and are manufactured using the IATF 16949 certified facilities. The PNP transistors come with a 0.6mm nominal package height and are available in the U-DFN2020-3 package. These low saturation transistors offer a static forward current transfer ratio (h_FE) specified up to -3A/-5V/-6A for high current gain hold up. Typical applications include DC-DC converters, charging circuits, motor control, and power switches.
