Fairview Microwave SMA Low-Noise Amplifiers

Fairview Microwave SMA Low-Noise Amplifiers (LNAs) are available in a wide range of operating frequencies to meet specific application needs. These rugged amplifiers offer 11dB to 61.5dB gain, 0.7dB to 6dB noise figure, 7dBm to 23dBm compression point (P1dB), and 20dBm to 41dBm third-order intercept point (OIP3). The expansive lineup includes devices made using GaN technology. Fairview Microwave SMA LNAs operate from a voltage range of 2.7V to 28V and a supply current of 18mA to 700mA. The series is ideal for a wide variety of applications, including test and measurement, commercial, military, fiber optics, telecom and wireless infrastructure, and microwave radio.
