Festo EMMT-ST Stepper Motors
Festo EMMT-ST Stepper Motors are certified to UL standards and use robust connection technology, making them ideal for applications with higher IP rating requirements. When combined with the CMMT-ST-MP servo drive controller, the EMMT-ST provides an ideal servo system featuring a field weakening function, enhancing motor performance for precise control and quiet operation. Another highlight is the use of absolute encoders, which can be used as single or multi-turn versions. The encoders do not require a battery, eliminating the need for regular maintenance and battery replacement. Connection is simplified via Festo's one-cable plug (OCP) hybrid cable, which features a common motor and connection cable for both the supply and the encoder. Festo EMMT-ST Stepper Motors are ideal for industrial applications, including conveyor belts, medical equipment, cutting and packaging, robotics, and 3D printers.
