Infineon Technologies KIT_1EDB_AUX_GAN Evaluation Board
Infineon Technologies KIT_1EDB_AUX_GAN Evaluation Board features an isolated gate driver IC with a configurable floating unipolar or bipolar auxiliary supply for GaN HEMTs. This board provides a complete compact and cost-optimized driving solution for GaN HEMTs. The KIT_1EDB_AUX_GAN board supports up to 1.5W output power to cover use-case scenarios with different GaN and switching frequencies. This board offers a compatible footprint for easy plug-in into existing boards, including single-channel isolated gate drivers. The KIT_1EDB_AUX_GAN evaluation board is ideal for EV Off-board chargers, solar micro inverters, industrial power supplies, and Server and telecom Switch-Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
