Infineon Technologies KIT_1EDB_AUX_SIC Evaluation Board
Infineon Technologies KIT_1EDB_AUX_SIC Evaluation Board is a complete driving solution for SiC MOSFETs, including an isolated gate driver IC and its floating auxiliary supply. This board features up to 1.5W output power to cover use cases with different SiC MOSFETs and switching frequencies. The KIT_1EDB_AUX_SIC evaluation board also provides 1% regulation of the positive VGS for SiC RDS(ON) accuracy. The isolated auxiliary supply can support unipolar and bipolar driving. The bipolar driving is easily configurable using two resistors to define the positive and negative voltage rail. The KIT_1EDB_AUX_SIC board is ideal for telecom power supplies, server power supplies, micro-inverter solutions, EV-charging solutions, and multi-level inverters.
