Infineon Technologies PROFET™ +2 12V Motherboard V3.0
Infineon Technologies PROFET™ +2 12V Motherboard V3.0 is designed to handle all devices of the PROFET™ +2 12V and PROFET™ Load Guard 12V families. This board features banana connectors for connecting to the power lines. The PROFET™ +2 12V motherboard, in combination with the daughterboard, is capable of driving typical automotive loads. This board is optimized for design flexibility across the family by pin-to-pin and external component compatibility. The PROFET™ +2 12V motherboard offers a very low output leakage current of ≤0.5μA and a current sense accuracy of ≤5%. The protection features include current tripping, over-temperature, and over-voltage. This motherboard is ideal for use in lighting, power distribution, body applications, Advanced Driver-Assistance Systems (ADAS), and Autonomous Driving (AD) modules.
