Infineon Technologies TT600N16KOF 60mm Thyristor/Thyristor Module is available with 1600V in pressure contact technology. The TT600N16KOF Module is designed for high overload and power cycling conditions.
The Infineon TT600N16KOF Module offers high DC blocking stability over the entire lifetime and high surge current capability, particularly for short grid spikes. The devices are also available with pre-applied Thermal Interface Material (TIM), which can reproduce the thermal performance of power electronic systems.
