Littelfuse Q6035NAH5 35A Alternistor TRIAC
Littelfuse Q6035NAH5 35A Alternistor TRIAC is a bi-directional solid-state switch that operates in Quadrants I and III triggered from the AC line. This TRIAC features 600V voltage and 350A surge capability at 60Hz half cycle. The Q6035NAH5 TRIAC also features a 2500VRMS L-package isolation rating, glass passivated junctions, 0.5W average gate power dissipation, and 35A RMS on-state current (full sine wave).
The Q6035NAH5 TRIAC includes internally constructed isolated packages to ease heat sinking with high isolation voltage. This TRIAC is RoHS-compliant, AEC-Q101 qualified, and complies with ANSI/J-STD-002, category 3, and Test A standards. The Q6035NAH5 TRIAC is used in applications with extremely inductive loads requiring high commutation performance. Typical applications include AC solid-state switches, industrial power tools, white goods, exercise equipment, motor speed control, and commercial appliances.
