Lumileds LUXEON V High Power LEDs

Lumileds LUXEON V High Power LEDs are designed to deliver maximum flux in a compact 4mm x 4mm footprint. These LEDs are manufactured using Patterned Sapphire Substrate (PSS) Chip Scale Package (CSP) technology. The LUXEON V LEDs offer a combination of high efficacy at high drive current with a low thermal resistance of 0.8ºC/W. These LEDs feature 4800mA DC forward current and 2.84V typical forward voltage. 

The LUXEON V high-power LEDs include optimized radiation patterns that deliver high-intensity beams from smaller optics. Uniform optical source supports directional applications and imaging optics. Applications include high-bay, low-bay, outdoor stadium lighting, area lighting, spotlights, and specialty portables like torch lighting.
