Micro Commercial Components (MCC) 150V/200V N-Channel Power MOSFETs are designed for harsh environments and operate at 150Vds and 200Vds drain-source breakdown voltage. These MOSFETs deliver exceptional thermal performance and robust power handling for various industrial and consumer devices. The 150V/200V N-channel power MOSFETs feature optimal performance and efficiency, including low RDS(on), high power density, and leverage Split-Gate Trench (SGT) technology. These power MOSFETs are halogen-free, meet UL 94V-0 flammability rating, and are lead-free/RoHS compliant. The 150V/200V N-channel power MOSFETs are available in D2PAK and TOLL packages that enhance durability and operation. These N-channel power MOSFETs are ideal for industrial, consumer electronics, and computing applications.
