Micro Commercial Components (MCC) Snap-Back ESD Protection Diodes are designed to protect single high-speed signal data lines. These diodes are optimized for high switching frequency and are available in a compact 0201-A package. The snap-back protection diodes are used in smartphones, DisplayPorts, consumer products, notebooks, HDMIs, USBs, and Mobile Display Digital Interfaces (MDDIs).The ESDSBULC5V0AE2 diodes are the ideal solution for a single bidirectional line. These didoes offer 200nA minimal leakage current and 0.5pF typical ultra-low capacitance. The ESDSBULC5V0AE2 diodes have passed the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) immunity test with contact and air discharge capabilities of ±30kV. These diodes comply with the IEC 61000-4-5 (lightning) 13A (8/20μs) standard.
The ESDUSLC5V0AE2 diodes are ideal for a single unidirectional data line. These diodes offer 0.5A minimal leakage current and 0.6pF typical ultra-low capacitance. The ESDUSLC5V0AE2 diodes have passed the IEC 61000-4-2 (ESD) immunity test, with contact discharge capabilities of ±20kV and air discharge capabilities of ±25kV. These diodes comply with the IEC 61000-4-5 (lighting) 5A (8/20μs) standard.
