Microchip Technology Vienna 3-Phase PFC Reference Design

Microchip Vienna 3-Phase Power Factor Correction (PFC) Reference Design is a 3-phase Vienna PFC reference design for Hybrid Electric Vehicle/Electric Vehicle (HEV/EV) charger and high-power Switch Mode Power Supply (SMPS) applications. This reference design, which highlights Silicon Carbide (SiC) technology, uses Microchip's mSIC™ MOSFETs and Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBDs) to achieve 98.6% efficiency at 30kW output.
