Micron 4150AT SSD

Micron 4150AT Solid-State Drive (SSD) is an automotive-grade, quad-port, single root I/O virtualization (SR-IOV) for centralized architectures in software-defined vehicles. The 4150AT module allows any centralized storage system to directly connect up to four systems-on-chips (SoCs) to a single SSD without needing a multi-root aware (MRA) switch. This simplifies system design and reduces storage requirements to a single SSD, providing flexibility to support evolving system architectures. The 4150AT supports storage advancements in functional safety (FuSa) to meet ASIL-B and ASPICE Level 3 compliance requirements. The module is built with 176L TLC NAND for enterprise-grade performance with reliability, longevity, ruggedness, quality, and application-specific features. Micron 4150AT SSD offers a storage solution that enables users to design more capable vehicle hardware and software architectures while driving down total cost of ownership.
