TDK-Micronas CUR 4000 Flexible Hall-Array Sensors
TDK-Micronas CUR 4000 Flexible Hall-Array Sensors are designed for high-precision current sensing, making them ideal for high-voltage battery monitoring systems of hybrid and electric vehicles (xEVs). These single-axis, contactless, magnetic-field sensors are designed for galvanically isolated DC and AC current measurements. A flexible multi-Hall array enables linear or differential magnetic-field sensing for contactless and precise current sensing up to ≥2000A. These modules can be used for different module concepts such as core-based or coreless. TDK-Micronas CUR 4000 Flexible Hall-Array Sensors are available in a small eight-pin SOIC8 SMD package.
