Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP1911 H-Bridge Gate Drivers

Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP1911 H-Bridge Gate Drivers operate with a power supply voltage range of 2.5V to 16V, delivering an output current of up to 1A as per logic control. The Monolithic Power Systems (MPS) MP1911 Drivers comprise four N-channel power MOSFETs and an internal charge pump for gate-drive voltages. The devices, controlled by two input pins, IN1 and IN2, offer four output modes: forward, reverse, coast, and brake. Activating IN1 and IN2 stops the driver, achieving a low standby circuit current.
