Nexperia PMPB17EP P-Channel Trench MOSFET
Nexperia PMPB17EP P-Channel Trench MOSFET is an enhancement mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET) MOSFET. The PMPB17EP comes in a leadless, medium-powered DFN2020M-6 (SOT1220-2) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. The MOSFET is logic-level compatible and uses Trench MOSFET technology. Typical applications include charging switches for portable devices, DC to DC converters, power management in battery-driven portable devices, hard disk, and computing power management.
