Nisshinbo Automotive NJG1187AKGC-A GNSS Amplifier
Nisshinbo Micro Devices Automotive NJG1187AKGC-A GNSS Amplifier features high gain and low noise for GNSS applications. The low noise amplifier (LNA) can tune the L1 (1.5GHz) or L2/5/6 (1.1GHz to 1.2GHz) bands by changing only the value of external parts. The NJG1187AKGC-A offers a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +105°C, designed for automotive applications.
The Nisshinbo NJG1187AKGC-A GNSS Amplifier supplies integrated ESD protection on each port for excellent ESD robustness. The device is available in an ESON6-GC package with a wettable flank structure adopted for Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) of the solder joints.
