Nisshinbo R5613L 1-cell Li-ion Battery Protection IC
Nisshinbo R5613L 1-cell Li-ion Battery Protection IC offers overcharge, over-discharge, and charge-/discharge-overcurrent detections. This IC exhibits low consumption current and low standby current to achieve longer driving time with a small capacity battery. The R5613L battery protection IC is capable of charge-/discharge-overcurrent detectors with high accuracy of ±1.0mV. The RST pin function can be switched to either a RESET or a forced standby state for an external MOSFET. Typical applications include smartphones, tablet PCs, games, and hearing aids.Features
- Low consumption current and low standby current:
- Achieves longer driving time with a battery of small capacity
- Switching to RESET or forced-standby state by RST Pin:
- Allowed external control of load
- Lower-resistance of sense resistor by overcurrent detector with lower voltage and high accuracy:
- Achieves heat reduction on board
