Nisshinbo RP122K LDO Regulators

Nisshinbo RP122K LDO Regulators provide low output noise, high ripple rejection, and fast performance characteristics achieved by low supply current. These regulators save space by adopting a 4-pin small package without a noise bypass capacitor. Nisshinbo RP122K LDO regulators provide a long duration of operation for battery-powered equipment by a low supply current of 9.5µA. The regulators operate at an input voltage range from 1.7V to 5.25V and at a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
