Nisshinbo NJM78MxxS 3-Terminal Positive Voltage Regulators are designed with improvements such as output voltage accuracy, operating temperature range, and MLCC correspondence. These regulators provide 0.5A output current and provide VO ±3% output voltage accuracy. Nisshinbo NJM78MxxS Regulators feature high ripple rejection and include thermal shutdown and overcurrent protection circuits.
