Nisshinbo NJM79L00S Negative Voltage Regulators are 3-terminal linear voltage regulators that deliver up to 100mA output current. These regulators enable direct replacement from the NJM79L00UA series. Nisshinbo NJM79L00S Negative Voltage Regulators offer improved usability by extending the operating temperature and maximum input voltage.
