onsemi NCV8768C LDO Regulator
onsemi NCV8768C LDO Regulator is a 150mA LDO regulator with an integrated window watchdog and reset functions dedicated for microprocessor applications. The NCV8768C has a robustness that allows it to be used in severe automotive environments. Very low quiescent current makes it suitable for applications permanently connected to the battery, requiring very low quiescent current with or without load.
