onsemi NTMFD5C672NL Dual N-Channel Power MOSFET is designed for compact and efficient designs including high thermal performance. This MOSFET features low RDS(on), low QG and capacitance, 60V drain to source voltage, 146A pulsed drain current, and -55°C to 175°C operating junction temperature range. The NTMFD5C672NL dual N-channel power MOSFET is Pb, Halogen/BFR free, and RoHS compliant. Typical applications include motor control, power switches (High-side driver, low-side driver, and H-bridges), synchronous DC to DC regulator, and battery management and protection.
