onsemi NTTFD1D8N02P1E N-Channel MOSFET

onsemi NTTFD1D8N02P1E N-Channel MOSFET is a dual 25V, Power Clip, asymmetric device. This N-channel MOSFET features RDS(on) 4.2mΩ  HS, 1.4mΩ LS, and 25VDSS drain−to-source voltage. The NTTFD1D8N02P1E MOSFET also features low RDS(on) to minimize conduction losses and low QG and capacitance to minimize driver losses. This MOSFET is offered in a PQFN12 small footprint of 3.3mm x 3.3mm for a compact design. The NTTFD1D8N02P1E device is suitable for DC/DC converters and system voltage rails.
