PANJIT Gen.2 ESD Protection Diodes
PANJIT Gen.2 ESD Protection Diodes are optimized for high efficiency and low leakage current, offering low insertion loss figures from -0.25dB to -0.38dB at 10GHz. With ultra-low capacitance ranging from 0.09pF to 1pF and low clamping voltages between 2.6V and 11.6V, these ESD diodes provide robust and reliable protection against electrostatic events.These diodes are available in space-saving packages such as DFN0603-2L, DFN1006-2L, and DFN1006-3L, as well as flexible packages like DFN2510A-10L and SOT-23-6L-1. The multiple package options make these diodes ideal for various interfaces and portable electronics where size constraints are a concern.
