Qorvo AWMF-0247 Ku-Band Quad 4x1 Tx/Rx Beamformer ICs

Qorvo AWMF-0247 Ku-Band Quad 4x1 Tx/Rx Beamformer ICs feature TDD half-duplex capability, enabling transmit and receive in a single device. This TDD half-duplex capability allows flat panel SATCOM terminals to use a shared antenna aperture, cutting system size and component count compared to dual-antenna designs. The Qorvo AWMF-0247 supports four elements across 13.75GHz to 14.5GHz (Tx) and 10.7GHz to 12.75GHz (Rx). The AWMF-0247 combines an adjustable power amplifier (PA) bias for efficient linear transmit power with a low noise figure for improved receive sensitivity. The result is a compact, power-efficient solution ideal for low Earth orbit (LEO) and non-terrestrial network (NTN) terminals.
