Qorvo QPB9850 RF Switch LNA Module
Qorvo QPB9850 RF Switch LNA Module is designed for 5G TDD systems. The Qorvo QPB9850 combines an LNA with a high-power handling switch, serving as a failsafe termination path during radio transmission. LNAs can be powered down during Tx mode via the SW control pin. With a 33dB gain at 3.6GHz and a 1.2dB noise figure, the device offers high linearity at 33dBm. Packaged in a RoHS-compliant 3mm x 3mm LGA package, the module is ideal for 5G wireless infrastructure in TDD-based architectures.
