Qorvo QPC0045 6-Bit Digital Attenuators
Qorvo QPC0045 6-Bit Digital Attenuators offer an ultra-wideband operating over 0.01GHz to 48GHz, with a 31.5dB attenuation range and an LSB of 0.5dB. The SOI 6-bit digital step attenuator (DSA) attains a low step error of less than 0.1dB typical.
The Qorvo QPC0045 DSA additionally supplies multiple control options, including parallel, SPI, or I2C, and the ability to control multiple DSAs simultaneously employing either addressing or daisy chaining.
The QPC0045 is available in a 3.5mm x 3.5mm laminate-based package, which, combined with the minimal DC power consumption, allows for easy system integration.
