Qorvo QPQ0978 978MHz RF BAW Filter is a highly-integrated, high-performance band-pass Bulk Acoustic Wave filter optimized for Air Traffic Control applications. Designed to offer narrow-band signal control with low insertion loss at a center frequency and high selectivity with neighboring frequencies, the QPQ0978 also has excellent power handling capability. No matching components are required for this device, making PCB design and implementation easy.
Housed in a 6.43mm x 4.64mm chip-scale hermetic package, the Qorvo QPQ0978 BAW Filter offers a size and weight advantage over traditional ceramic and cavity filters while still being robust enough for high-reliability and defense and aerospace applications.
