Qorvo SATCOM 13.75GHz to 14.5GHz GaN Power Amplifiers

Qorvo SATCOM 13.75GHz to 14.5GHz GaN Power Amplifiers are a series of high-power, packaged Ku-Band MMIC amplifiers designed for the 13.75GHz to 14.5GHz Satcom band. The Qorvo SATCOM amplifiers utilize the advanced 0.15µm GaN-on-SiC process (QGaN15). The QPA0015 offers 3W of linear power with third-order intermodulation distortion products 25dBc, extendable to 12.75GHz to 15.35GHz. The QPA0016 delivers 5W of power and can reach 15W output with 35dB gain and 32% efficiency. The QPA0017 provides 12.5W of linear power, expandable to 25W, boasting 30dB gain and 35% efficiency.
