RECOM Power R15C2T25/R Series 2.5W Isolated DC/DC Converters offer versatile isolated-gate bias voltage solutions for IGBTs, Si/SiC MOSFETs, and Cascode GaNs. These devices feature high 5kVAC/1min isolation, 1.4kVDC working voltage, high 150kV/μs CMTI, and remarkable stability up to 125°C (0.5W). The compact R15C2T25/R converters feature a wide 13.5VDC to 18VDC input voltage range and programmable asymmetrical output voltages. This ensures precise control and performance optimization for power electronics applications. The R12C2T12/R converters deliver less than 3.5pF ultra-low isolation capacitance for minimal noise propagation across the isolation barriers. These converters are the ideal choice for all isolated gate bias voltage needs.
