ROHM Semiconductor 30V Automotive Schottky Barrier Diodes

ROHM Semiconductor 30V Automotive Schottky Barrier Diodes are surface mount, power mold type, and AEC-Q101-qualified diodes. These Schottky barrier diodes feature high reliability, ultra-low reverse current (IR), and silicon epitaxial planar structure. The diodes offer a forward voltage (VF(max)) of 0.72V and a reverse voltage (VR) of 30V. These diodes feature a reverse current (IR) of 0.005mA and a forward current (IF) of 5A. The diodes come in TO-252 (DPAK) package and are RoHS-compliant. These diodes are suitable for switching power supply.
