Susumu RGT AEC-Q200 Metal Thin Film Chip Resistors
Susumu RGT AEC-Q200 Compliant Metal Thin Film Chip Resistors are surface mount high precision resistors with a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +175°C. The anti-sulfur components enable low noise and long-term stability with inorganic passivation. Features include a 50V to 200V maximum voltage range and four power rating options (1/32W, 1/16W, 1/10W, and 1/8W). With a 0.1% tolerance and a TCR down to 10ppm, the RGT AEC-Q200 compliant resistors are ideal for automotive and industrial applications.
