Taiwan Semiconductor TSCD 1200V SiC Schottky Diodes are AEC-Q101 qualified, merged PIN Schottky diodes with high forward surge capability. These TSCD Schottky diodes feature high-speed switching and a positive temperature coefficient on V_F. The 1200V SiC Schottky diodes operate at a 175°C maximum junction temperature. These SiC diodes are RoHS-compliant, Pb-free, and halogen-free. The 1200V SiC diodes are ideal for general-purpose, Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS), and power factor correction.
