TE Connectivity HTU31 Relative Humidity & Temperature Sensors

TE Connectivity's HTU31 Relative Humidity and Temperature (RH/T) Sensors are designed to offer fast response time, precision measurement, and low hysteresis. These sensors are available in digital (D) and analog (V) versions. The HTU31D sensors feature a fast I2C interface with two configurable addresses and 1µA typical low average current. The HTU31V sensors feature ratiometric voltage output, <0.1% RH/year long term drift, and 161µA typical low average current. These HTU31 sensors deliver excellent performance even in -40°C to 125°C temperature and 0% RH to 100% RH humidity conditions. The HTU31 sensors are RoHS and REACH compliant. Typical applications include home appliances, meteorology, medical, and humidifiers.
