Texas Instruments LOG200EVM Amplifier Evaluation Module (EVM)

Texas Instruments LOG200EVM Amplifier Evaluation Module (EVM) is a development platform for evaluating the LOG200, which is a precision, high-speed logarithmic amplifier with integrated photodiode bias and dark-current correction. LOG200 is optimized for current measurements across 160dB of dynamic range with unparalleled accuracy. The Texas Instruments LOG200EVM operates over a 4.5V to 12V range unipolar supply or dual supply of ±2.25V to ±6V. SMA and test points provide convenient access to all critical functions of the LOG200.

Features

  • High-accuracy logarithmic transfer function; LOG200 ratio internally set to 250mV/decade of current-to-voltage conversion
  • Integrated photodiode bias and dark-current correction adaptive-biasing circuit
  • Footprint for photosensor connection
  • Precision 1μA current reference
  • Precision 1.65V and 2.5V voltage references
  • Single-supply (5V) or dual-supply (±5V) operation
