Texas Instruments SN74LV3T99/-Q1 Multiple-Function Gates
Texas Instruments SN74LV3T99/-Q1 Ultra-Configurable Multiple-Function Gates incorporates three independent configurable logic gates with 3-state outputs. Each gate has four inputs and implements the Boolean function Y = (A • C + B • C) ⊕ D. All inputs include Schmitt triggers, eliminating erroneous data outputs generated by slow-edged or noisy input signals. Users can select logic functions, such as MUX, AND, OR, NAND, NOR, XOR, XNOR, inverter, and buffer, by connecting the inputs A, B, C, and D appropriately.
The TI SN74LV3T99/-Q1 input is developed with a reduced threshold circuit to support up translation when the supply voltage is larger than the input voltage. Furthermore, the 5V-tolerant input pins enable down-translation when the input voltage exceeds the supply voltage. The output level is continuously referenced to the supply voltage (VCC) and supports 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V, and 5V CMOS levels.
