Texas Instruments SN74LVC10A NAND Gates

Texas Instruments SN74LVC10A NAND Gates are triple 3-input positive-NAND gates designed to operate within the 1.65VCC to 3.6VCC voltage range. The input accepts voltages up to 5.5V. These NAND gates feature a 4.9ns maximum propagation delay time at 3.3V, -50mA input clamp current, and -50mA output clamp current. The SN74LVC10A NAND gates operate within the -40°C to 125°C temperature range and are available in the WQFN package.
