Texas Instruments THVD4421 Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments THVD4421 Evaluation Module allows quick prototyping of RS-485 and RS-232 multiprotocol THVD4421 transceivers. This module allows for 2T2R RS-232 communication, full-duplex RS-485 communication, half-duplex RS-485 communication, and a loopback mode for RS-232 to allow for on-chip diagnostic testing. The THVD4421 evaluation module includes 0603 resistor pads to create a resistive link between GND and Earth connections for VIO and VCC terminals. This evaluation module can be powered by a 3V to 5.5V single supply or a separate logic supply. The THVD4421 evaluation board is used in industrial PCs, building automation, grid infrastructure, HVAC systems, and industrial transport applications.
