Texas Instruments TPS22997EVM Evaluation Module
Texas Instruments TPS22997EVM Evaluation Module facilitates the evaluation of the TPS22997 load switch. The two-layer PCB TPS22997EVM offers VIN and VOUT connections to the TPS22997 switch. The PCB layout routing can handle high continuous currents and provides a low-resistance pathway into and out of the device under test. The TI TPS22997EVM features test point connections to control the device with user-defined test conditions and produce accurate RON measurements.
