Toshiba TCR13 1.3A CMOS Ultra Low Drop-Out Regulator
Toshiba TCR13 1.3A CMOS Ultra-Low Drop-Out Regulator is a single-output voltage device featuring an on/off control input, low inrush current, and fast load transient response. The TCR13 voltage regulator is available in an output voltage adjustable type from 0.55V to 3.6V and is capable of utilizing up to 1.3A. Other benefits include protection against over-current, over-temperature, and inrush current. Functions such as under-voltage-lockout and auto-discharge are also available. The Toshiba TCR13AGADJ is offered in the ultra-small package WCSP6F (0.8mm x 1.2mm, t: 0.33mm (max)). As small ceramic input and output capacitors can be used with the TCR13AGADJ, this device is ideal for portable applications that require high-density board assembly such as cellular phones.Features
