Toshiba TLP5791H Photocouplers
Toshiba TLP5791H Photocouplers consist of an infrared LED optically coupled to an integrated high-gain and high-speed photodetector IC chip. These photocouplers in a 6-pin SO6L package provide better performance at temperatures up to 125°C. The TLP5791H photocouplers are physically smaller/thinner than the one in an 8-pin DIP package and are compliant with international safety standards for reinforced insulation. These photocouplers feature buffer logic type (totem pole output) and operate at a supply voltage range of 10V to 30V. An internal noise shield provides a common-mode transient immunity of ±20kV/µs. The TLP5791H photocouplers provide a smaller footprint solution for applications that require safety standard certification. These photocouplers are ideal for industrial inverters, induction cooktops and home appliances, IGBT gate drivers, and power MOSFET gate drivers.Features
