Vicor DCM4623 DC-DC Converters

Vicor DCM4623 DC-DC Converters come in a 4623 through-hole ChiP™ package and operate from an unregulated, wide-range input to generate an isolated output. The series features high frequency zero voltage switching (ZVS) topology, high efficiency, and a fully operational current limit. The modules utilize the thermal and density benefits of Vicor's ChiP packaging technology to provide flexible thermal management options with low top- and bottom-side thermal impedances. These isolated, regulated DC-DC converters include overvoltage (OV), overcurrent (OC), undervoltage (UV), short-circuit, and thermal protection.
