Vishay 135D Series Wet Tantalum Capacitors
Vishay 135D Series Wet Tantalum Capacitors feature a tantalum case with a glass-to-tantalum hermetic seal. The capacitors provide axial through-hole terminations in two options: standard tin/lead (SnPb) and 100% tin, which are RoHS compliant. The 135D series incorporates various electrolytic capacitor advantages, including a 3V reverse voltage, a high ripple current, and an extremely high reliability. The capacitors offer a high resistance to damage from shock and vibration, making them suitable for aerospace applications. The Vishay 135D Series Wet Tantalum Capacitors are also ideal for avionics, automotive, railway, and down-hole drilling applications.Features
