Vishay / BC Components PTCES SMD PTC Thermistors

Vishay / BC Components PTCES SMD PTC Thermistors have a positive temperature coefficient and are primarily intended for inrush current limiting and overload protection. PTEC PTC Thermistors are directly heated ceramic-based doped barium titanate thermistors. These Vishay / BC Components devices consist of a solder-connected homogeneous ceramic PTC encapsulated in a UL 94V-0 approved PPS-GF housing. The PTCES series includes standard 240J and high-energy 340J options and offers a high number of inrush-power cycles.
